In this pre-teen yoga class we will learn the basics of yoga and mindfulness. We will focus on breath as well as the connection between our mind’s and bodies. It is important to develop tools for managing stress, our emotions and any challenges, especially at a younger age. As pre-teens begin to transition and explore who they are becoming these tools of mindfulness, yoga & meditation will build concentration, strength and instill positivity. They will learn enjoyable and engaging ways to increase flexibility as well as strengthen their bodies!
