Whether you are brand new to yoga or it has simply been a long week, sometimes a gentle class is exactly what you need.
This open level class is for those new to yoga or seasoned practitioners. It’s focus is on breath, energy, and proper alignment encouraging you to open to the freedom of movement and self.

A Restorative Yoga class that adds the relaxing and healing power of Reiki.
Explore the practice of prenatal yoga in a warm, safe, and gentle environment where you will during this unique time in your life.
You will learn the main yoga postures, some basic sequencing, proper alignment, and pranayama, also known as breath work.
Discover new and different ways to advance your practice. As always, modifications are welcome. You don’t have to consider yourself a level 2 student to attend this class.

These classes focus on building core strength and stability combining traditional yoga postures with some additional core-strengthening exercises.
Align and Refine your practice, a great class for new students!
Our 26 Mix class combines some flow and classic Bikram postures delivered with care and compassion and time to self-reflect.
Our 26 Pure is a classic hot hatha 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
This class is a fun, intense and soulful blend of Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, and plyometric strength and conditioning.
We combine a weighted barre and classic barre fitness elements. This one hour class will hit upper, lower and core muscle groups all in 1 class.
Our aerial yoga classes done in hammocks that are suspended 3 feet from the floor.
