You don’t need to make a big commitment with Riverstone. Our trainings or talks can be on a one-time basis or implemented as ongoing programs. We can customize and change to suit your needs. We start most programs with yoga, incorporate mindfulness trainings, followed by a vast array of “lunch and learns” to enhance and build upon the foundation of healthy living.

How to start.
Yoga is one of the easiest and immediate tools to help manage stress. It deals with the whole person: body, mind, and spirit, and it can be done anywhere, anytime – without costly equipment. You get the most bang for your buck. Studies have shown that stress management is your best defense against absenteeism, lost productivity, and confused thinking that leads to poor decisions and unhealthy choices.
