Our aerial yoga FLY FITNESS class is designed to help you build your core, upper body, grip strength, balance, and stamina. New and regular yoga students will benefit greatly from this class, tapping into different muscle groups and core work. A great compliment to your yoga practice and help with inversions. Level: Open to All
You can sign up unpaid and pay when they get there, and or use your membership and or class pack. Advance registration recommended!
