Pebble Yoga is a fun way for parents to help children learn age-appropriate yoga poses, games, creative exercise, relaxation and experimental movement. They will focus on awareness within yoga poses, games, creative exercises, relaxation and experimental movement. The increased body, breath and emotional awareness will lead us into exploring fun tools to help regulate and express how we feel.
This series is designed for any young child excited about yoga and/or families interested in supporting their child’s social/emotional development through mindfulness.
 Pebble Yoga provides a great foundation to a life-long yoga journey. We will see you and your child on the mat!
