Stephanie's dance background led her to try a barre class five years ago and she immediately fell in love with the workout. Soon after she discovered yoga and realized both the physical and spiritual benefits of the practice. After two years of dedicated barre and yoga practices, Stephanie aspired to share her passion with others.
She completed her 200-hour RYT certification in 2015 and studied barre instruction with both Barre Intensity and Exhale. Stephanie is also currently completing her AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification. Her classes focus on building strength while maintaining proper alignment and are always set to a fun playlist.
