Lea’s love for mindful movement began at a young age as she trained in classical ballet for over 15 years. After being introduced to yoga as a supplement to her dancing, she instantly fell in love with the healing and spiritual components from the yoga practice that she felt was missing from her regular routine. Lea has been a student of yoga for over 5 years and received her 200-HR certification through Riverstone Yoga. As a new teacher she is still finding her groove, but her classes have a strong focus on mindful movement, safe alignment, and creating a safe environment connected through breath. Lea is currently pursuing her BA in Dance with a concentration in Body, Science, & Motion.
