Jennifer started her lifelong movement journey in ballet at the age of 4. She teaches a Vinyasa Flow, mindfully connecting movement with alignment and breath work. Students are challenged to go to their edge, not beyond, and leave class refreshed and rejuvenated. In 2011 after an Achilles rupture, she took to her Yoga Mat as a safe harbor rebuilding the atrophied leg. The depth of Yoga’s healing potential began to take root, using the practice to regain strength as well as to grow emotionally and spiritually. It became evident teaching was the next step.

Jennifer received her RYT 200 with Carla Zilka, Justin Tang, and Greg Barringer in 2016. Jennifer is Trauma Informed through Hala Khouri as well as through Crossover Yoga Project. Teaching and learning is her greatest joy! Classes are thought provoking, lighthearted, exploratory and fun!
