Jen fell in love with yoga for its immense healing qualities. Yoga has always been her old friend and therapist, helping to work through years of anxiety and depression. She received a 200hr certification in Rishikesh, India.
She is currently working towards her 500hr training and holds certifications for restorative, pre/post natal yoga and Reiki. Her classes are a mindful, challenging and creatively sequenced Vinyasa flow, with a strong focus on breath and safe alignment. Jen's intention is to create the space for her students to build trust in their intuitive body and to shine light on the spaces that need it the most to allow for healing and growth. Yoga is a constant practice and she is forever a humble, devoted student.
