If you're struggling with knowing how to incorporate healthy habits into your life (what to eat, when to eat, how to get off the dieting hamster wheel, how to prioritize better sleep and how to NOT eat every snack in your house during this pandemic), this four-week group-coaching program is for you! In this program, you'll learn how to start living a real food lifestyle, made simple, as well as how to incorporate my "7 Pillars of Health" into your life. You'll start cultivating a balanced approach that will support you during this uncertain and shaky time.
Through a weekly Zoom call and a private Facebook group (just for members of this program), we will set weekly goals and challenges and hold each other accountable with love and support through our shared struggles. There will be inspiration, Q&A opportunities with Laura, group chat and check-ins in the Facebook group! You'll also receive beautiful PDF resources like shopping lists, a real foods guide, a mindful eating journal and more!

About Laura Beam, HHC:
Laura is a holistic nutrition counselor, living in NYC with her beautiful pup, Beans! She is passionate about teaching and guiding transformation in the way people think about food, movement and health. She believes in cultivating a practical, sustainable, joy-infused approach to life and nutrition. Laura is certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and runs her own practice through Cuppa Lo Wellness. She is also the digital media manager with Riverstone Yoga.
