In our Pebble Yoga series students become more familiar with their breath, body and feelings. They will focus on awareness within yoga poses, games, creative exercises, relaxation and experimental movement. The increased body, breath and emotional awareness will lead us into exploring fun tools to help regulate and express how we feel.
This series is designed for any young children excited about yoga and/or families interested in supporting their child’s social/emotional development through mindfulness.
Pebble Yoga provides a great foundation to a life-long yoga journey.

Please note that for all workshops/enrollments, if we do not meet our minimum pre-registration attendance, the program will be cancelled and those who did pre-register will receive a refund.
