Time to fly!!! In the beginning, arm balances can be scary. When practiced safely with proper alignment and taken in stages, they are fun, exciting and empowering. Together we will begin to work through these fears. One of the greatest gifts is learning to trust your body. In this exploration we will build the foundation with strong breathing to sustain the poses, joint care and core strengthening.
