Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. This workshop will introduce common breathing techniques, movements, mudras, and knowledge to create a foundation for Kundalini Yoga practice.
The use of asanas and movement allows the student to develop greater self awareness. Through the use of Pranayama and meditation you will find personal empowerment, healing, and learn to trust your intuition. This is a practice of non-judgement. All ages, levels of experience, and types are invited to this introductory workshop!
Sara Pitcher began her journey as a teacher five years ago when she was introduced to Kundalini Yoga. After only to months of practicing she knew she was meant to teach this transformational practice. Sara has training under Guru Darum, and is currently a mental health practitioner who incorporates Kundalini Yoga in her therapies.
