Join Riverstone Wellness for a comprehensive course with our resident meditation teacher Dr. Paul Shashaty. Meditation is not a luxuriant pastime only available for a select few, but rather, now more than ever, it is a relevant and essential coping tool. This 6-week course is designed for the beginner student: We will delve into what meditation is and what it isn’t; why one should meditate; when and how to meditate; the many physical, mental, and psycho-social benefits of meditation.In our effort to help you develop your own personal practice, we will explore and experience different meditation techniques. You will be coached and supported throughout the process allowing you to gain confidence and skill as you awaken to discover and trust your own unique inner wisdom.
