Root down to rise up and shine in our early sunrise, 60 minute class designed to set you on your path for the day.
In a supportive and judgment-free environment, you’ll work at your own pace, with a little yoga flow and some high-intensity cardio bursts to build stamina, endurance for healthy hearts and lungs.
You will get a “workout” and still are encouraged to set an intention for the day helping you to develop both physical and mental acumen. Done in our warm room this is a great way to ease into your day and find your morning zen.
