Classic Vinyassa flow includes Sun Breaths, Sun Salutations A & B and are designed to connect breath and movement in a series of postures that "flow" intelligently from one to the next.
You will learn the main yoga postures, some basic sequencing, proper alignment, and pranayama, also known as breath work.
If you are a beginner or would like to take a little more time with your practice and re-visit many of the fundamentals of yoga in a fun and insightful way, this class is for you.
