If you are a beginner or would like to take a little more time with your practice and re-visit many of the fundamentals of yoga in a fun and insightful way, this class is for you.
You will learn the main yoga postures, classic vinyasa flow includes sun Breaths, sun salutations A & B, proper alignment, and pranayama.
With pranayama (breath work) you learn to connect breath and movement that "flows" intelligently from one to the next.
