In this contemplative practice you will be introduced to common breathing techniques, movements, and mudras which make up  the foundation of Kundalini Yoga  The use of asanas and movement, pranayama and meditation allows the student to develop greater self awareness, helping you to find personal empowerment, healing and to trust your intuition. This is a practice of non-judgement.
