This is a 60-minute combination of a strengthening barre based workout interwoven with yoga stretches, core work, and stretching exercises.
We combine a weighted barre and classic barre fitness elements. This one hour class will hit upper, lower and core muscle groups all in 1 class. Our instructors will show modifications as needed to allow you to make the most out of your fitness level.
