These classes will use principles of the Iyengar style of yoga, where props are often used to help students understand proper alignment and assist in the exploration and opening of the body in various positions. Elements of flow maybe added so you can connect movement with breath to energize and build a little heart in the body. Excellent for those looking to understand your body and your body mechanics.

You gain strength and flexibility without excess strain or stress.  Slow down and allow your nervous system to relax, your muscles to become supple, your breath to deepen, and your heart to open.
