This class, practiced in a heated room, is good for beginners or more advanced students interested in delving deep into posture and alignment, breath and fluid movement.
You are welcome to ramp it up or dial it down to suit your practice. Class may be set to music and appeals to those who appreciate a healthy sweat, working on challenging but attainable postures.
