Hot Blend I/II
A blend of the classics: Hot 26 and Vinyasa Flow practiced in a heated room. Class may be set to music and appeals to anyone who appreciates a healthy sweat. All levels welcome.
Hot Flow II/III
A quicker paced class will move you through many classic Ashtanga yoga series including sun salutations, standings and seated postures, backbends, and arm balances. Music is added to the class which provides a heart pounding life for extra energy.
Open level classic Hot 26 is a 90 minute hot yoga class of the Bishnu Ghosh lineage practiced in a heated room. It consists of 2 breathing exercises, each of the 26 postures that incorporate balance, strength, and flexibility. Additional postures may be added which complement the classic 26.
Hot Men’s Only Class
Yoga for Men is an open level class taught designed to introduce men to the benefits of yoga. Explore physical poses for balance and core strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help cope with the daily stresses and demands of your life. The physical practice aims to open areas of the body that men find most challenging- it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes!
This classic Vinyasa style class focuses on the very heart of yoga: the linking of body movement with breath. You will learn the essentials yoga postures, basic sequencing, proper alignment, and pranayama. If you are a beginner or would like to revisit the essence of your practice by re-learning the fundamentals of yoga, this class is for you.
The focus is placed on the importance of alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Through asana this class can be challenging but students will gain a more profound understanding of their own body and mind.
Make your mornings more than just the start of your workday. Our Daybreak yoga allows you to start your day feeling centered and invigorated. Class is 60 minutes which allows you time to prepare for the day ahead.
Yoga for Runners
This all-levels yoga class to help runners develop greater flexibility, fitness, and mental focus. Stay strong, focused and free from injury. The 60-minute class includes key poses for areas of the body that are most overused or prone to injury for runners. Class can be used post-run as a thorough stretch and cool down, for cross-training and injury prevention, or to simply unwind after a busy day.
