MELT - Roll Away Pain Workshop

We are thrilled to offer our first MELT - Self Treatment Workshop at Riverstone Yoga. Melt is a simple technique that uses soft foam rollers, foot and hand balls to help you relieve stress and inflammation in the body by rehydrating the connective tissue. This technique was featured on Dr. Oz and the Doctors. Space is limited. Pre-registration required.
